SHIPPING TIMES
Orders placed before 11:00 PM on a business day in the Netherlands and Belgium are delivered the next business day. Delivery to the rest of Europe takes 2–4 business days, while the UK, Ireland, and the US can expect their order within 3–6 business days.

As soon as your order ships, you'll automatically receive an email with a Track & Trace link so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Shipping costs depend on your location:

• Netherlands: €3.95, free from €29.95
• Belgium and Germany: €4.95, free from €29.95
• Rest of Europe: €4.95, free from €49.95
• Ireland: €5.00, free from €99.95
• UK: £5.00, free from £99.95
• US: flat rate of $15

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship to all European countries, the UK, Ireland, and the US. Don't see your country at checkout? Just send us a message, we're happy to look into adding it.

PRE-ORDERS
If your order includes a pre-order item, the entire order will ship together once everything is back in stock. Want your in-stock items sooner? Simply place them as a separate order.

PICKUP POINTS
Customers in the Netherlands and Belgium can choose to have their order shipped to a pickup point. This option isn't available for other countries - please make sure to enter a home or business address at checkout.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a confirmation email with a Track & Trace link, so you can follow your parcel right up until delivery.

MISSING ORDERS
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received anything, first check with neighbors or your building’s reception.
Sometimes parcels are scanned as delivered slightly early.
