Pourquoi l'isolat de whey ?
L'isolat de whey est filtré plus en profondeur que le concentré classique. Résultat : plus de 90% de protéines pures, moins de graisses, peu de glucides et pratiquement pas de lactose. Utilisation
Versez une dose (24g) dans un shaker avec 200ml d'eau ou du lait de votre choix - végétal ou non.

Making your match shake is a simple one minute ritual, a calming break in your day that creates a perfectly smooth, frothy cup.
Use one scoop protein powder
Mix one scoop (24g) with 200ml water or your milk of choice, dairy or plant-based.
Shake well
Close the shaker and shake well for 10–15 seconds until smooth.
